Chattanooga police respond to early morning Broad Street shooting

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — Chattanooga police are investigation a shooting that occurred on Broad Street early Friday morning.
On April 4, 2025, at 2:30 a.m., officers responded to the 1800 block of Broad Street.
Upon arrival, officers located a 26-year-old male with non-life-threatening injuries.
He was transported to a local hospital to receive further medical treatment.
According to the Chattanooga Police Department (CPD), their preliminary investigation reveals the victim was involved in a verbal argument with other people when shots were fired and he was struck.
