Trucker indicted in fatal I-75 wreck

Chattanooga, TN (WDEF) – Chattanooga Police issued an arrest warrant for Benjamin Brewer on charges concerning the multiple fatal traffic crash on I-75 North on June 25th.

Brewer was indicted Monday on 13 counts.

He faces 6 counts of Vehicular Homicide by Impairment, 4 counts of Reckless Aggravated Assault, DUI 1st Offense by Impairment of Narcotics, Speeding, and False Reports of Duty Status.  

The NTSB released its preliminary report earlier today saying Brewer’s 18-wheeler hit several other cars; killing 6 people.
