Reagan Box Ends US Senate Run in Hopes of Obtaining Greene’s Seat

Another candidate is stepping forward to replace Marjorie Taylor Greene in Congress.

Reagan Box has ended her run for the US Senate with the intention of running for Greene’s seat instead.

The Republican is from Armuchee, Georgia but was born in East Ridge.

So far, almost two dozen candidates have said they are interested in running even though qualifying hasn’t happened yet.

There will be two races next year for the northwest Georgia seat.

The first will be a special election to find a replacement during 2025 and the second is the regularly scheduled race next November.

The special election will lump all candidates into one pool, regardless of party.
