Chattanooga welcomes first annual Chattanooga World Food Truck Festival

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — The first-ever Chattanooga World Food Truck Festival will debut as a free, family-friendly celebration of food, culture, music, and community connection on Saturday, July 11, 2026, from 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. at the Tennessee Riverpark.

Created by chefs Sara Turney and Desiree Hulsey, they say the festival was intentionally built to create an affordable and accessible platform for food trucks, cottage bakers, specialty food makers, beverage vendors, and culinary entrepreneurs.

“This event was created by chefs, for chefs. We understand firsthand how challenging it can be for culinary businesses to find meaningful, affordable opportunities to grow. Chattanooga deserves an event that not only celebrates incredible food, but actively creates opportunity for the people behind it.”

– Event co-creator Sara Turney said.

The event will feature live music featuring local artists.

There will also be kids activities and interactive family activities.

As the event winds down, families are also invited to gather for an outdoor screening of Ratatouille.

Admission is free, with complimentary Eventbrite ticket registration encouraged in advance. Pre-registration allows participating food vendors to better forecast attendance and inventory need.
