One dead after being found in critical condition and transported to the hospital

HAMILTON COUNTY, Tenn. (WDEF) – On Sunday, the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) is investigating a single-vehicle crash with a fatality that occurred in the 600 Block of Lee Pike.

According to the HCSO, the driver of the vehicle was found in critical condition and was transported to the hospital via Life-Force helicopter.

The passenger was pronounced dead at the scene.
