400 Ashland Terrace to Tacoma Avenue to close for utility work

The righthand westbound lane from 400 Ashland Terrace to Tacoma Avenue will be closed beginning at 2 p.m. for utility work, according to the City of Red Bank.
They say the work should not take more than a couple of hours.
