Meigs County man facing multiple sex-related charges
Cookeville, TN (WDEF) – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and Meigs County Sheriff’s Office started investigating Richard Morris Feaster Junior in June for sexual battery.
They found information that he sexually assaulted a teenage victim for almost 9 years.
The TBI had also previously charged him with failing to register as a sex offender in July.
Feaster is now charged with two counts of Aggravated Sexual Battery, three counts of Solicitation of a Minor, two counts of Aggravated Statutory Rape and one count of Attempted Solicitation of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.
He was arrested Tuesday and is being held in the Meigs County Jail on a $120,000 bond.
