CFC’s Danny Whitehall Scores Amazing Goal Against Nashville

Chattanooga-(WDEF) In Saturday’s loss to Nashville, the CFC’s Danny Whitehall had an amazing goal.
Luke Winter popped the ball in the air, and instead of a header, Whitehall simply lifted his right leg backwards, and thumped the ball in the net.
Everybody was stunned, especially the Nashville goalie, who barely moved.
Whitehall admits he was kind of shocked as well.
Said Whitehall:”I think you can see from my celebration how surprised I was and how surprised everyone was that it managed to go in. So it was definitely. I can’t claim that I exactly knew what I was doing. Just trying to get something on it.”
Chattahooligans singing to the tune of ‘This is My Fight Song:”This is our Whitehall. Kicking that soccer ball.”
Reporter:”The Chattahooligans have a song they’re spoofing for you. This is my fight song.”
Said Whitehall:”I enjoy it when I hear that. yeah. It’s a good song.”
