Family members are worried about the health of a missing man

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – Chattanooga Police are looking for a missing man who check himself out of the hospital.

Family members say they last saw 47 year old Jerald Shelton at a convenience store at McCallie Avenue and Central on Wednesday.

They say he has been experiencing health problems that make him black out, but refuses to have it checked out.

He was last seen wearing black pants, a black and grey button shirt and work boots.
