Shooting on East 34th Street

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – Chattanooga Police are investigating a shooting that took place earlier tonight.

It happened around 6:40 this evening in the 1900 block of East 34th street.

A police spokeswoman says the male victim was transported to a local hospital with a gunshot wound.

There is no word on his condition.
