Police charge suspect in early morning shooting

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – Chattanooga Police are investigating a pre-dawn shooting in Clifton Hills.

It happened around 4:30 AM in the 3800 block of Clio Avenue near Clifton Hills Elementary.

Investigators say a 27 year old woman suffered a non life-threatening gunshot wound.

They believe she was shot by another woman who she knows.

They say the two were involved in a disorder before the shooting.

Police have charged 25 year old Torri Kelley with Aggravated Assault.
