TDFN12: Smith Co at Notre Dame Highlights

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – After losing their final two games of the regular season, Notre Dame was hoping to regroup tonight in the opening round of the playoffs.

The Irish expected a tough matchup as they entertained Smith County.

Starting off after halftime we have Notre Dame in the lead 14 to 6. But that is ended by Smith Co.

Deep ball goes down the field to make a 60 yard touchdown putting them 12 to 14.

Notre Dame laughs at that as  Andrew Banks finds some space and jets down the field putting more of a distance on the scoreboard between Smith and the Irish.

And again we come in the middle as Banks goes to the bank again scores another touchdown right as Smith can’t keep up.

And you know what we have another touchdown – this little speed demon jets down the field again scoring another touchdown.

But to add salt to the wound Smith Co. tries and make a come back but fails as they throw a pick right into the  hands of Kolby McGowen as the Irish go on to win 49 – 15.
