Woman charged with harassment at Middle School basketball game

FORT PAYNE, Alabama (WDEF) – A woman in Fort Payne has been charged with harassment at a basketball game.

It happened at Fort Payne Middle on Thursday night.

Police are not offering details on what happened.

Chief Randy Bynum says “I want to commend the school administration and SRO Patrick Jenkins for handling this matter in a quick and efficient manner. While these types of incidences are rare this type of behavior is highly illegal and will not be condoned by Fort Payne City Schools or Fort Payne Police Department.”
