Hit & Run suspect extradited to Walker County

LAFAYETTE, Georgia (WDEF) – 27 year old Mitchell Taylor Horton has been extradited to Walker County.

He has been charged with Homicide by Vehicle for the hit and run this week of a man on Marble Top Road.

Horton was identified by the man who loaned him the car and the woman at the home where he left it.

He was taken into custody on Wednesday in Chattanooga.
