Dade County arrests child stalking suspect for Chattanooga

TRENTON, Georgia (WDEF) The Dade County Sheriff’s Department has picked up a possible suspect in the child stalking cases in Chattanooga.

They arrested Thomas WootenFriday in Dade County.

Sheriff’s officials tell us there were warrants on him for solicitation of a minor and indecent exposure from Chattanooga.

They also say that Dade County may add their own charge of violating the sex offender registry.

Wooten is on the Dade County sex offender registry list.

The 35-year-old has a Trenton address.

He was originally convicted in 2012 for an out of state sex offense.

Wooten was charged just two years ago in Hamilton County with violating the sex offender registry.
