NAACP holds annual criminal justice seminar

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — The NAACP held their 11th annual criminal justice seminar today.

Mark Gwyn recently retire after 30 years of service with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.

He spoke with News 12 about the work that the NAACP does in the community.
