Tennessee Aquarium celebrated turning 30
CHATTANOOGA, Tennessee (WDEF)-After weeks of preparation and a whole week of excitement leading up to it, the Tennessee Aquarium had its 30-year-old birthday party.
The festival at the riverfront had plenty of food trucks, tents, and activities.
It often talked about how the Tennessee Aquarium changed downtown tourism and the atmosphere of the downtown.
Barry White with The Chattanooga tourism company says the Aquarium was a brilliant addition to the tourism industry of the Chattanooga area.
There were also fireworks to cap off the Aquarium’s birthday celebrations.
