Man and woman tell police they were shot in bed last night
Shooting happened at a home in the Hixson area
CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – Chattanooga Police are investigating a case where the victims say someone shot them in bed.
It happened in a Hixson neighborhood on Lavender Trail off Delashmitt Road around 1:30 AM.
The 22 year old male and 26 year old female drove themselves to the hospital.
Police say they suffered non-life-threatening wounds.
They told investigators that the suspect broke into their home and shot them.
Police say there is no immediate indication that this was a random attack.
