Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting near Blue Bell Avenue

OOLTEWAH, Tenn. (WDEF) – The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting that allegedly took place on Blue Bell Avenue.

Officials believe it happened around 8:30 am Tuesday morning.

The victim is expected to be okay.

The victim was transported to a local hospital for medical treatment.

Officials say the location of the shooting is still being determined.

HCSO detectives are working with the Chattanooga Police Department and Collegedale Police Department to investigate this incident.
