New Four-Legged Arson Investigator Introduced to North GA

The Dalton Fire Department and the Georgia Fire Marshal's Office welcomes a new arson investigator to the team. Her name is Ava, and she's not your typical investigator. She's 3-years-old, has four legs, and is covered in fur. WDEF News 12's Alisha Searl tells us why this expensive pup is priceless to the North Georgia area.

Convicted Chattanooga Murderer Back In Court

Convicted murderer, Tony Bigoms, was ordered to serve four years for his recent charge of abusing a corpse. The time will be added on to his current life sentence for murder. Bigoms killed and dismembered Dana Wilkes in 2012. She was a 48-year-old dialysis worker in Chattanooga. WDEF News 12's Alisha Searl takes us inside the courtroom where Wilkes' sister had some choice words for Bigoms before the sentencing.
