Arrest Made in East Ridge Aggravated Assault

EAST RIDGE, Tenn. (WDEF) — The East Ridge police department has made an arrest in an aggravated assault case, Saturday, following a car crash.

Police say the victim was cut during an argument, after the car hit a house.

They say the suspect fled the scene.

Warrants were issued on Joel Jarnagan of Walker County, Georgia for two counts of aggravated assault.

Jarnagan is now in custody in Walker County.

East Ridge police are waiting for Jarnagan to be brought back to Tennessee.
