CCS Beats Howard For Their 15th Consecutive Win

Chattanooga-(WDEF) Chattanooga Christian beat Howard 71-58 on Thursday night for their 15th straight win as they improved their record to 24-2 on the season.
The Chargers raced out to a 15-point lead at halftime. Howard trimmed the lead to six points thanks to some three-pointers from Marquez Williams.
But the Chargers John Rhodes hit a turn-around jumper as the third quarter ended to put CCS up by eight.
They were never threatened in the final quarter.
Rhodes led the Chargers with 31 points.
It turns out that was the Chargers final regular season game.
Friday’s game at Grundy Co was postponed because of the rising number of students getting sick.
