Chattanooga Boat Show returns for 2023
Weekend event will showcase boats, accessories, rentals; director encourages community to bring the family
CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) — Chattanoogans are ready to hoist their sails and head on down to the city’s Convention Center this weekend for the annual Chattanooga Boat Show, which kicked off Thursday afternoon.
Whether you’re interested in boating accessories, the boating lifestyle, or just boats in general, the maritime showcase is packed to the gills with practically everything both new and veteran boaters could ask for.
Numerous boating retail giants will also be present, including SeaRay, Hurricane, and Malibu, among others.
Show Director Ryan Jones says he’s excited to see the show return to the Scenic City saying, “With so many lakes, rivers and streams, regardless of what you do outside, you will find something that will catch your eye.”
Doors open Friday at 12 p.m. and Saturday at 10 a.m., and doors close at 8 p.m. both nights.
Sunday, the convention will have its final “bow” with doors open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Jones says the event is definitely one to enjoy with the family and added that now is the perfect time to find your vessel before the summer arrives.
