Chattanooga Police officer arrested for domestic assault

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – Chattanooga Police arrest on of their own Thursday.
Around 12:15pm Thursday Chattanooga Police Officer Leroy Wright was arrested on a Domestic Violence charge.
Wright is on leave without pay.
He worked for the Chattanooga P.D. for nearly 12 years.
The internal affairs investigation resulted in a simple assault domestic charge.
