Christmas at the Courthouse wraps up its first week

Chattanooga, TN (WDEF) – Christmas at the Courthouse wrapped up its first week at the Hamilton County Courthouse Friday.
    Guests were treated to a fantastic holiday show of traditional, non-traditional Christmas and other holiday songs.
    It was all emceed by our own Amy Katcher Friday.
    The East Ridge High School Singers performed first..and included a traditional African song.
    After the performances, Chancery and Circuit Court judges were honored for their service to the county, that’s a long-standing tradition for Christmas at the Courthouse.
    Maureen Davis with Hamilton County Parks & Rec said, "31 years ago county attorney Mike Mann started this program and we picked it up a couple of years later and Parks and Rec has been hosting it ever since."
    The East Ridge Middle School singers were the second act of the day.
    Their performance included a French Christmas song in honor of the Paris Terror Attacks.
