Citizen input sessions begin for Chattanooga 2018-2019 budget

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – Chattanooga Mayor Andy Berke is already looking toward the 2019 budget.

Part of getting ready for the budget includes citizen input sessions.

Citizen input sessions give residents an opportunity to share ideas on Chattanooga’s 2018-2019 operating budget.

The first citizens budget input session is underway this evening.

There will be two more of these sessions next week for citizens to attend.

The next one is on Monday at the Hixson Youth and Development Center from 5 to 6:30. Then again on Thursday at the Family Justice Center at the same time.
