Collegedale City Manager retires

COLLEGEDALE, Tennessee (WDEF) – The embattled city manager of Collegedale has decided to resign.

Ted Rogers has just announced plans to retire as of March 12th.

We told you last week how a city commissioner called for Rogers’ resignation, saying he was not communicating enough.

In his statement Monday afternoon, Rogers says this was entirely his own call.

“While I am indeed disappointed in the many untruthful allegations spoken against me, I choose, as I always have, to travel the high road where there is never a traffic jam.”
