Councilwoman Coonrod hosts Super Bowl Party for homeless

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — Chattanooga City Councilwoman Demetrus Coonrod hosted a Super Bowl party for the homeless community.

With the help of volunteers from Ladies of Endurance, Radiant Star, and Inner Peace Church, they held a fun night for them to watch the game.

People from all over the community donated.

It was held at the Salvation Army’s building on McCallie Avenue.
