A CDC advisory committee put off a decision on the future of the Johnson and Johnson’s vaccine on Wednesday.
Experts told the panel that there is still not enough data to make a final recommendation on using the vaccine.
States have paused using it over questions of rare blood clotting events for some patients.
Some experts expected the pause to last only a few days.
But the panel has not said when it will meet next, while their experts continue to gather data on the problem.
