CPD: Local Man Shot on Brainerd Road

Chattanooga, TN (WDEF) – Officers responded to a local hospital, shortly after 1:30 a.m., on report of a person shot. When they arrived they found 22-year-old Luster Deloney suffering from a non-life-threatening wound to the leg.

According to Chattanooga Police, the shooting took place on 5600 Brainerd Rd. No suspect information has been provided at this time.

Violent Crimes Investigators will continue to follow all actionable leads. Chattanooga Police ask anyone with information regarding the incident to call: 423-698-2525.

According to CPD, this incident is unrelated to the other shooting that occurred this morning. The victims suffered similar injuries.
