UPDATE: Crash on I-75 caused delays Monday morning
Chattanooga, Tenn. (WDEF) — The Tennessee Highway Patrol says the driver of the tractor trailer was 74 year old James Kiser from Knoxville, Tenn.
According to Tennessee Highway Patrol, the driver was traveling north on Interstate 75 near mile marker 8 when he ran off the right shoulder of the road and hit the guardrail.
THP says the driver then over-corrected, running back across the road and into the concrete median.
There are no charges pending in the accident, according to Highway Patrol.
At the time of the accident, Chattanooga Police tweeted only minor injuries involved.

Both northbound and southbound lanes are backed up.
