Dalton Indecent Exposure Arrest
Dalton, GA (WDEF) Dalton Police arrested Edwin Fulkerson for felony indecent exposure.
He’s been charged in the past and is currently on probation for those offenses.
Police identified him after two women reported a man exposing himself and masturbating in his car in Civitan Park and in a lot on Shugart Road.
