DeKalb County arrests 3 suspects for mobile meth lab

FT. PAYNE, Alabama (WDEF) – The DeKalb County Sheriff says a routine traffic stop on I 59 netted the Drug Task Force a mobile meth lab.

Officers pulled the vehicle over at exit 22 on Friday.

Two of the three people inside the vehicle had outstanding warrants against them.

Sheriff Jimmy Harris says a search of the vehicle turned up a backpack with a meth lab in it, plus all the components to produce meth.

43 year old Amos Moses Lyons of Collinsville, 34 year old Steven Arits Ray, Jr. of Collinsville and 27 year old Eric Lewis Wills of Fort Payne face charges of Manufacturing a Controlled Substance.
