Despite tough week, Christmas is still coming
CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – This week was anything but festive with the tornadoes, Gatlinburg fire, a police shooting and ongoing Woodmore bus crash mourning.
But despite the tough news, the calendar still turned to December.
And that means holiday parades, music programs, Christmas trees, Santa and kids.
So to lighten the mood going into the weekend, here is a look at how local people are getting into the holiday spirit on Social Media.

This morning, the GPS & McCallie senior members of Candlelight, a holiday musical combining the musical talent of McCallie and GPS students, gave us a sneak peek at this year’s Candlelight performance. As always, they sounded beautiful. Performances are at 8 p.m. tonight and tomorrow night in the McCallie Chapel. #Candlelight2016 #GPSMcCallie #GPS #McCallie #HolidayConcert @mccallieschool
