Detective receives donations after Dunlap house fire
DUNLAP, Tenn. (WDEF) – The Dunlap community is rallying around a detective and his family who lost their house in a fire.
Earlier this month, Detective Bob Raber, who is also in the Tennessee National Guard, was deployed to the Caribbean to help with hurricane relief, when a fire destroyed his home.
Since then, people have been doing everything they can to help Raber and his family.
There have been several community drives, including one today at the City Hall Training Center.
The Dunlap Police Chief says the Raber Family appreciates all of the support.
If you are still interested in donating, you can drop off items at the Police Department or City Hall.
