Developer announces new stores for East Ridge Exit 1

EAST RIDGE, Tennessee (WDEF) – Wolftever Development announces additions to Jordan Crossing in East Ridge.

The development will join the Bass Pro Shops at Exit One of I 75.

A standalone Starbucks is going in next to the new Chick-Fil-A.

And they are also adding two more buildings of shops.

The first will house a Buddy’s Bar-B-Q and Noire, The Nail Bar.

Both that building and the Starbucks should open this summer.

Construction begins on the second building soon .

“The first installment of Jordan Crossing has already been hugely successful and generated millions of dollars in tax revenue. A new restaurant and upscale retail options will continue generating growth in the area,” said East Ridge Mayor Brian Williams.

“In addition, Starbucks presents a lucrative opportunity for East Ridge to generate revenue from the thousands of travelers who pass our exit each day. We’re thrilled to continue our partnership with Wolftever Development and watch the tremendous impact these new businesses will have on our local economy.”

“Our mission has always been to improve quality of life for residents and visitors of the East Ridge community,” said John Healy, Principal of Wolftever Development.

“Starbucks, Buddy’s Bar-B-Q and Noire will offer new dining and retail options to residents and travelers. In addition, bringing businesses that are already well-known in the area will establish a loyal customer base quickly. We look forward to the continued growth in this area.”

There is still one available space in The Plaza’s first building.
