Family Justice Center Launches Needs Assessment

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – Chattanooga Hamilton County Family Justice Center (FJC) has sent surveys out to the community asking for input on how they can better serve victims of domestic violence.

Over the last year, there has been a 25% increase in survivors seeking safety and support, however it’s been 10 years since the last community wide needs assessment.

The FJC is aiming to learn from those who receive and provide services what resources are needed, which populations are most in need, and what could be improved.

It should take about 5-10  minutes to complete and everyone who takes the survey will be able to see its results early next year.

The Family Justice Center will host a series of in-person and virtual meetings in January and February for additional input.
