Fort Payne man arrested on drug charges, again

FORT PAYNE, Alabama (WDEF) — The Fort Payne Police Department says 40-year-old Christopher Adam Berry has been arrested on drug charges for the second time in 3 months.

According to information released by the department, officers attempted a traffic stop on Berry Thursday night.

Fort Payne Police say Berry, who was riding a Suzuki motorcycle, made several improper turns, ran stop signs, and passed numerous vehicles before wrecking in the curve as he was passing a car.

Officials say Berry was charged with Drug Trafficking 42 grams of Cocaine, Attempting to Elude, Reckless Endangerment, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and a host of driving citations.
