Ft. Payne Constable Arrested

Fort Payne, AL (WDEF) – A constable from Fort Payne Alabama has been arrested.

Deputies went to the home of 42 year old Kneeley Pack to evict him.

But they say he became unruly and uncooperative and tried to stop them from serving the court order.

So Pack was arrested for Obstructing Government Operations.

Chief Michael Edmondson says “The Deputies are tasked with serving court orders on a daily biases. Anytime we receive a court order signed by a judge we are bound by the State Laws to follow that order. If anyone tries to hinder the service of a court order they will be arrested.”
