GDOT: 1,000 traffic related fatalities in GA

ATLANTA (CBS46) – As of Sunday, there have been 1,000 traffic related fatalities in the state of Georgia during the 2016 calendar year, according to the Georgia Department of Transportation.

According to GDOT’s data, fatalities rose sharply in 2015, reaching 1432, up from 1170 in 2014.
