GPS Soccer Beats Rival Baylor 3-0

Chattanooga-(WDEF-TV) The GPS soccer team beat rival Baylor 3-0 on Tuesday night at GPS. The Bruisers first goal was courtesy of Myra Brock. She kicked it some 20 to 30 yards, and Baylor goalie Peyton Randolph couldn’t quite stop it. Then with under 10 minutes to go in the first half, Kennedy Ball put a shot in front of the net. Peyton Randolph fell down after colliding with a teammate. That left Ashley Grant with an easy goal from point blank range. GPS led 2-0 at halftime. They added one more goal in the second half for the 3-0 final. For GPS, it was their eight shut-out of the season. If the Bruisers win their next contest, they will clinch the region title.
