The discount does not only apply to college students, though. College faculty and staff can receive the discount as well.

Every person accompanying the college student or employee will receive the discount.

To receive the discounted tickets, a school ID, transcript or paystub is required.

Tickets must be purchased on-site at the Aquarium’s River Place ticketing center or the IMAX 3D Theater box office on Chestnut Street.

The 50% off discount is applicable Sunday through Friday, but not on Saturdays.

This discount makes adult aquarium admission $17, which is normally $34.95. Child admission becomes only $11.

The 45-minute IMAX 3D tickets become just $5 with the college discount. The IMAX theater is currently featuring Sea Lions: Life by a Whisker 3D and Serengeti 3D, and a new film titled Everest will premiere February 10th.

Annual memberships are discounted during the month too. The aquarium is offering Dual Memberships for $114.75 and Family Memberships for $165.75. These memberships are normally $135 for the Dual and $195 for the Family.
