Hamilton County Sheriff’s deputies arrest Joseph Perkins, Jr. for Westminister Circle Shooting

HAMILTON COUNTY, Tenn. (WDEF) – Hamilton County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 36-year-old Joseph Perkins Jr. Wednesday.

He was arrested at Erlanger Medical Center and then transported to the Hamilton County Jail.

Perkins was booked on outstanding warrants for Aggravated Burglary, Vandalism and Domestic Assault related to a Tuesday incident on Westminister Circle.

Additionally, Perkins was charged with a separate count of Domestic Assault and Vandalism over $500.

That charge arose from a second incident at the same home on that day.

Sheriff’s Office officials say bond has not been set on the charges of Aggravated Burglary, Vandalism and Domestic Assault.

However bond was set at $100,000 for the second incident charges.
