UPDATE: HCSO investigating fatal accident on Suck Creek Road

Hamilton County, Tenn. (WDEF) — The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office has identified the deceased driver as Paul Hodge, who was born in 1942.

The wreck is still under investigation.

Hamilton County, Tenn. (WDEF) — Around 3 o’clock Saturday morning, Hamilton County Sheriff’s Deputies were called to a single vehicle accident in the 2100 block of Suck Creek Road.

The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office says a 1999 Ford Crown Victoria traveling north on Suck Creek Road appeared to have veered off the right side of the road, striking a large rock.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, deputies found the driver unrestrained and deceased.

The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
