Homeless man accused of sexual battery on another man

CHATTANOOGA, Tennessee (WDEF) – A homeless man is facing several criminal charges after being accused of sexual assault on another man.

According to a complaint affidavit obtained by News 12, the incident happened in early July was not documented correctly so no investigators were notified around that time frame.

Frederick Harmon, 49,  has been charged with sexual battery, indecent exposure and false imprisonment.

According to the  complaint affidavit, the alleged victim told police he feared Harmon would kill him after Harmon followed him to his residence on Hixson Pike.

Harmon is being held on a $21,000 bond.
