Huntsville shooting suspect arrested in Whitwell
WHITWELL, Tenn. (WDEF) – A suspect on the run from a shooting investigation in Alabama has been arrested in Marion County.
Warren Hardy was taken into custody on Sunday in Whitwell.
Hardy is wanted for the shooting death of 72 year old Kathleen Lundy.
She was killed Friday night in the Morland Pointe neighborhood in Huntsville.
Huntsville police called it a domestic situation at her home.
Investigators believe the couple had been driving around, but ended up at her home when the shooting occurred.
They say Hardy fled in her car.
