Indecent exposure arrest at Northshore hot dog stand

CHATTANOOGA, Tennessee(WDEF) – A Chattanooga man is facing one count of indecent exposure and one count of public intoxication after police say he exposed himself at a hot dog stand.

The arresting officer said it happened around 2:43 Sunday morning at 16 Frazier Avenue.

According to the arresting officer, Ronald Dan, 27, was visibly intoxicated with slurred speech while waiting for a cab at a hot dog stand.

The officer said he observed Dan expose himself by urinating in public. A jail official told WDEF that Dan reportedly reached for a hot dog bun while urinating.

His bond was set at $1,500.
