ATLANTA, Georgia (WDEF) Georgia’s Insurance Commissioner has fined Lake Winnepesaukah for two incidents that happened in May.

The amusement park was fined $500 for improperly reporting an incident in May on the Boat Chute.

And they got another $1000 fine for failing to report that a woman was hurt on May 27th on the Wild Lightning Ride.

That is the same ride involved in last weekend’s event in which a woman apparently fell out.

That incident is still under investigation by state officials.
