Lebanon Edges Bradley Central 36-35 in State Tournament

Murfreesboro, TN-(WDEF-TV) The Bradley Central girls basketball team lost a heart-breaker in the state quarterfinals on Thursday falling 36-35 to Lebanon. The Bearettes took a one point lead with roughly 20 seconds to play on a lay-in by Karsee Webber. Lebanon answered though with a short jumper from Addie Porter with two seconds left that proved to be the game winner. Kelsey Carman led the Bearettes with 13 points. Both teams struggled offensively with each club shooting under 27 percent. However, Bradley Central and Lebanon made up for it at the foul line. The two teams were a combined 23 of 24 from the charity stripe.
