Local church continues to help Superior Creek Lodge victims
Church officials say the money is keeping 183 adults and 124 children from sleeping on the streets.
They say $25,000 came from the Community Foundation of Greater Chattanooga, and the rest is from private donors.
“The rug has been ripped out from under these families, but we’re committed to seeing them through the crisis and into permanent housing. No matter how long that takes, we’ll be here to help,” says Anna Katharine Horne, Stability Navigator at Metropolitan Ministries.
